Guinea is a member of the International Convention to Facilitate the Importation of Commercial Samples and Advertising. Cuinea is not a member of the ATA Carnet Convention.
Samples and advertising material that have no commercial value may be entered free of duty. Samples with commercial value may be admitted free of duty under security bond for a period of up to 1 year. Advertising materials with commercial value are subject to duty charges.
